Asia Touch Express MAKES YOUR STAY IN THAILAND EASIER
Terms & Conditions : All hotel rates are net and valid per room per night inclusive of taxes, service charges and breakfast.
Transfer and tour rates are quoted based on per person basis. We hold the right to change these prices if the hotels change their rates in which case we will inform you when you book.
Formerly we have confirmed your reservation, there will be no alteration in cost. Rates for this period may be obtained on request.
Breakfast : All Hotels Rates include American Breakfast and in some hotels it may vary from Buffet to a la carte breakfast.
Reservations Bookings can be made in any of these methods;
- Make your offer via Fax or E-mail
The request should contain the accompanying data :
- Clients name(s)
- Destination requested (city, country, and so on)
- Arrival and departure dates for each destination with flight details.
- Type and standard of accommodation (Hotel class preferred with type of room required)
- Transfers and excursions required if any.
- Meals required if any.
Payments : Full payment is required for all individuals and group reservations. We will counsel you on what method of payment, we require upon confirmation of bookings.
The most convenient way is to make a telegraphic transfer to our bank directly and before to the arrival of passengers.
Cancellation conditions and Amendments : For cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival and no-shows, will be billed a fee equivalent to the first night accommodation cost.
The beginning night of very booking is guaranteed and the room is kept back. The subsequent nights booking will be deleted automatically if the first night is not utilized.
Vouchers : Drawn on Asia Touch Express will be accepted provided copies are shipped to us.
Please state clearly ; Booked and payable through Asia Touch Express Co., Ltd. Prices as per quotation, additional costs will be compensated forthwith by the customer.
Refunds Asia Touch Express will not refund for any unused services as transfers and excursions. Refund for early checkouts can often be obtained, but cannot be warranted.
